SPCGB Breed Welfare and Rescue is a small but growing group. We are
always on the look out for new supporters. Below we've listed the areas we
need help in. If you feel you can lend a hand, please do get in touch.
Help needed:

- We are always looking for permanent loving forever homes for
dogs that come into rescue. Could you adopt? Do you
have the time, patience and space for a Shar Pei in y our life?
If so please register with us or contact us for more
information.

- Are you an experienced dog owner? Do you know what a
dog needs for a happy healthy life? Are you good with
people and dogs? Could you help us find the right homes?
All prospective owners of dogs rehomed by Shar Pei Rescue are
interviewed and home checked to ensure they have the facilities
necessary for a dog of this size. We are not interested in
how often people do their housework or how tidy their house is,
simply that they have the time and facilities necessary to look
after a dog properly. If you think you could take on this
important role, please contact us.

- Are you experineced with Shar Pei? Can you assess the
temperament of a Shar Pei. Do you understand its quirks?
Do you understand this breed well enough to sort the good from
those that may need work or special understanding? If you
can help us assess dogs coming into rescue, please contact us.

- Do you have time to spare? Could you organise and hold a
coffee morning, donate items for raffles, have a hobby that you
can convert to cash, organise a sponsored walk? If you can
help raise money for Shar Pei rescue, we'd love to hear from
you. We desperately need funds to help dogs in our care.
New dogs are being put up for adoption daily. Can you
spare some time to help?
